Maximum enrollment: 7 kids
Pickup at PS 31 between 2pm and 2:10pm; children are being walked to pick up at PS 34 and then to the afterschool classroom at Ms. J’s Gymnastics Greenpoint.
Price: $1,371 for the entire 11-week Semester; $111 for 1 Trial Class, $175 for single class.
The families provide snacks and water bottles. (Please see snack option where we can provide snacks for your child.)
Enrollment Process
Step 1: Purchase trial class, single class or semester..
Step 2: You will be e-mailed the enrollment forms.
Step 3: All forms need to be completed before the beginning of the semester. (Before 1st class your child attends).
Afterschool Schedule
Arrival at Ms. J’s: - Snack time (30min.) Children bring their own snacks or you can sign up for the snack option. Please, no nuts. (Rella’s Spielhaus is a nut-free environment.)
2:45pm - Homework support if needed.
3:15pm - German circle time; weekly learning topic is introduced, i.e., singing German songs and reading German books (45min).
4pm - Playground time (ca. 45 min - 60 min).
5pm - Arts & crafts, puzzles, free play (45 min).
5:50pm - Pickup. Grace period until 6pm.
Next Day: Each family will receive a “Rückblick” with a summary of your child’s activities and new vocabulary.
