Ostereiersuchen - Easter Egg Hunt 2025

JOIN US! Every year for the past four years, we will gather again for a fun Easter Egg Hunt in Central Park.
We will have various stations where the kids can engage in fun games (e.g., Eierlaufen, Sackhüpfen, etc.). Once all the points are collected, they can start the Egg Hunt for their very special Easter Gift that the “Osterhase” hid for them.
We will also offer light refreshments for the whole family.
Sommerfest - Summer Party 2025

Join us at our third-annual
German Sommerfest in Central Park!
(At 93rd St. north of the Wild West Playground.)
We will have guitar music to sing along our favorite German children’s songs, too. There will be various stations where the kids can engage in fun summer games (i.e., Sandsackwerfen, Hula-Hopp Reifen, Seifenblasenlaufen, Torschießen, Sackhüpfen). Once all the points are gathered on the little Party Booklet, they will receive a special Sommergeschenktüte!
We will also offer light refreshments for the whole family, including Würstchen, Kartoffelsalat, and Kuchen.

Rella’s 14th Annual Laternenlauf - Sunday, November 9, 2025
Join us with your whole family at our 14th Annual Rella’s Spielhaus Laternenlauf on Sunday, November 9th, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. As in past years, we celebrate this beautiful German, Swiss, and Austrian tradition in Central Park.

Suggested Donation to cover event costs: $10/kid, $5/adult (Cash Only.)
We are selling lanterns for $15 and electric candles for $2. First come, first serve (Cash Only.)
Our beloved musician friends will lead us as we follow, singing the famous Laternen songs.
Together with the kids, we are telling the story of St. Martin.
Hot chocolate will be served as we arrive back at the playground.
